MANAGE ATTENDEES

When a customer purchases a ticket their e-Ticket will be sent to their email address, as well as automatically appearing in their ‘My Tickets’ section of the Stubba App.
There are three ways to manage attendees on the day of the event:

  1. You can export and print off a ‘doorlist' from the dashboard.
  2. Download the ‘Stubba Check-in’ app and scan people in directly from the app.
  3. Using the same app you can search for their personal details and check them in manually.
